FAQ
How is Nomad vibration damping effect?
Nomad adopts the soft tail mid-mounted shock absorber that only premium bicycles have. The shock absorber is moderately elastic, with good shock absorption, making it more flexible, convenient and comfortable when crossing complex roads. It is suitable for riding on various road conditions.
What is the tyre size?
The tyres are 20 inches wide and the outer tyre is 20*2.25 wide. When compared to the narrow tyres of ordinary bikes, the wide tyres have better traction and reduce bumpiness while riding, offering a more comfortable ride.
What type of roads is the Nomad suitable for riding on?
NOMAD is suitable for asphalt roads and pavement cycling. It has a mid-set shock absorber for a more comfortable riding experience. Suitable for daily commuting, long-distance riding, and daily exercise. Its torque-sensing configuration is also suitable for light off-road sports. Includes smart pedal assist for easier traversal across complex roads.
What is the difference between torque and speed sensor?
Speed sensor: The speed sensor has less ability to sense pedalling force and identify road conditions than the torque sensor. When Nomad detects that you are pedalling, the motor fixes the power output according to the current electronic gear.
Torque Sensor: The torque sensor is the chip that controls the motor, It can determine your pedalling force as you accelerate and translate the data into an electrical signal. The motor can automatically determine the power required and deliver it to make the acceleration smoother.
What material is used for the frame of the Nomad?
The frame is made of aerospace grade magnesium alloy and cast in one piece. The Nomad frame is a one-piece frame with no welded joints, making it stronger and more durable, as well as beautiful and stylish.
